Terms of Service
These terms cover the StoreCanvas app and this website (storecanvas.app), both made and operated by Atlas Learning Group, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Atlas”, “we”). By using the app or this site, you agree to them.
The app
StoreCanvas is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Learning Group, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this site.
You are responsible for what you submit to Apple. StoreCanvas exports at the pixel sizes App Store Connect requires, but App Review decisions, including guideline 2.3.3 on screenshots showing the app in use, are Apple's alone.
Purchases
The export unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through the Mac App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchase on the unlock screen re-enables exporting on another Mac signed in to the same Apple Account.
Your content
What you create in StoreCanvas is yours: screenshots, copy, icons, and everything you export. Atlas claims no rights to it and never receives a copy of it.
Where StoreCanvas connects to a third-party service you configure (an AI provider using your own API key), your use of that service, including its costs and its rules on generated content, is governed by that provider's own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use StoreCanvas to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the software.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
